NOA Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

1.1   NOA Rewards is operated by EonX Services Corporation, 101 South Reid Street Ste 307, Sioux Falls, SD 57103. In these terms we call ourselves EonX, we or us, and we call you you.

1.2   EonX is solely responsible for NOA Rewards. That includes the platform, the payments, the issue of points and the redemption of points. EonX is the promoter of the prize draw in section 5.

1.3   The National Owners Association, NOA, promotes NOA Rewards to its members and to the wider franchisee community. NOA does not operate the program, does not hold funds and does not issue points. Nothing in these terms creates any obligation on NOA.

1.4   Neither EonX nor NOA Rewards is affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by McDonald's Corporation.

1.5   NOA Rewards is not a credit product, a payment card, a deposit account or an investment.

2. Who can join

2.1   NOA Rewards is open to businesses operating McDonald's franchised restaurants in the United States, acting through an authorized representative aged 18 or over.

2.2   Membership of NOA is not required.

2.3   We may decline an application, or close an account, where we cannot verify eligibility.

3. Earning points

3.1   You earn points on eligible payments made through NOA Rewards.

3.2   An eligible payment is a completed payment of a business obligation made by ACH through NOA Rewards, which has not been reversed, disputed or refunded. This includes payments to suppliers, rent, utilities, payroll and finance repayments.

3.3   A processing fee applies to each payment. You will see the fee before you confirm the payment.

3.4   Points are credited to your account after the payment settles.

4. Using points

4.1   Points have a redemption value inside NOA Rewards. They can be redeemed against travel, against gift cards and against further bill payments made through the program.

4.2   Points are not property. They cannot be sold, transferred or assigned.

4.3   Redemption values vary by reward and by availability at the time you redeem.

4.4   You are responsible for any tax arising on points you receive or redeem. We do not give tax advice.

5. The prize draw

5.1   NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not improve your chance of winning.

5.2   The promoter is EonX Services Corporation, 101 South Reid Street Ste 307, Sioux Falls, SD 57103.

5.3   The entry period runs from 12.00am Eastern on 30 August 2026 to 11.59pm Eastern on 31 October 2026. Entries received outside that period are not eligible.

5.4   To enter, complete registration for NOA Rewards at noarewards.com. Completing registration is the entry. You do not need to make a payment through NOA Rewards, or any other payment, to be entered.

5.5   One entry per business. Registering more than once does not create additional entries.

5.6   Entry is open to businesses meeting the eligibility in section 2. Employees, officers and immediate families of EonX and of NOA, any person or business involved in conducting or administering the draw, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

5.7   There are three prizes. First prize is 100,000 points, approximate retail value $2,000. Second prize is 50,000 points, approximate retail value $1,000. Third prize is 25,000 points, approximate retail value $500. The total announced value of all prizes is $3,500.

5.8   Prizes are awarded in points credited to the winner's NOA Rewards account. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if we have to. Points awarded as a prize are treated as points earned under the program. Points do not expire. They are subject to these terms, including as to redemption, transferability and tax treatment.

5.9   Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on Tuesday 3 November 2026, by a person independent of the marketing team, at the promoter's offices.

5.10   Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5.11   We will notify each winner by email and, where a mobile number has been given, by SMS, within five business days of the drawing. A winner must respond within 14 days. Where a prize has a value of $600 or more we must receive a completed IRS Form W-9 before the points are credited, and we will report the award on Form 1099-MISC. Any tax arising is the winner's responsibility. If a completed Form W-9 is not received within a reasonable time, we may apply backup withholding as required by the Internal Revenue Code before crediting the prize.

5.12   If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is found not to be eligible, we may draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

5.13   A list of winners is available on request from info@noarewards.com for six months after the drawing.

5.14   By entering you agree to these terms and to the decisions of the promoter, which are final.

5.15   Void where prohibited.

6. Privacy notice

6.1   We collect your name, your business name, your business email address and, if you choose to give it, a mobile number.

6.2   If you use our tool at booth 67 we also collect the approximate monthly spend figures you enter.

6.3   We use this information to operate the program, to create and run your account, to enter you into the prize draw and contact you if you win, to send you the result of the booth tool, and, if you agree separately, to send you marketing.

6.4   We collect at three places: at noarewards.com, on tablets at our booth, and at the NOA reception.

6.5   We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. We keep draw entry records for 90 days after the drawing, and winner records for six months after the drawing. You can ask us to delete your information at info@noarewards.com.

6.6   We do not sell your personal information.

6.7   Agreeing to these terms is not consent to marketing. Marketing consent is separate and you can withdraw it at any time.

7. Photography at events

7.1   We, or NOA, may take photographs or video at our booth and at NOA events.

7.2   We only use an individual photograph or video that shows you if you agree separately before it is taken. General crowd or venue shots are not covered by this consent.

7.3   Where you agree, we use your photograph or video to promote NOA Rewards, including on social media and in marketing materials. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not use it to train any facial recognition or artificial intelligence system.

7.4   We keep it for as long as we use it for these purposes. You can ask us to stop using your image in future at info@noarewards.com, but we cannot withdraw material already shared or published by a third party.

7.5   We ask for your agreement before we take an individual photograph or video of you, not after.

8. Changes and general

8.1   We may change or end the program, or change these terms, by posting a revised version at noarewards.com/terms.

8.2   Where a change would materially reduce the value of points you already hold, we will give 30 days notice.

8.3   We may suspend or close an account where we suspect fraud or misuse.

8.4   Nothing in these terms creates any obligation on NOA, or on any supplier you pay.

8.5   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. The state and federal courts located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota have exclusive jurisdiction.
